1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Vibebox Stickers website and services (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place orders.

2. Your account

You may need an account to place orders or use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and update it when it changes.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders (e.g. due to errors, availability, or suspected fraud). Prices are as shown at checkout and are in the currency displayed. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payment is processed by our payment provider; you must comply with their terms as well.

4. Custom artwork and proofs

For custom sticker orders, you are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any artwork or files you upload. You must own or have the right to use all content you submit. We may provide a proof for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof (or if you skip or waive approval where offered), we will produce the order as approved. Errors in artwork that you approved are not grounds for a refund unless we have made a production error. We are not responsible for low-resolution or unsuitable files that result in poor print quality when used as provided.

5. Shipping and delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier has received the shipment. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address; we are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address or your unavailability.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once production has started or the order has shipped, except: (a) if we have made an error (e.g. wrong product, defect, or significant deviation from the approved proof), or (b) as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement, contact us with your order details and reason. We may require return of the product or photos before approving a refund or replacement.

7. Intellectual property and your content

You retain ownership of the artwork and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify it only as necessary to produce and fulfill your order and to operate our services. Our Site, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors; you may not copy or use them without our permission.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use our Site or services for any illegal purpose or to submit content that infringes others' rights, is defamatory, obscene, or harmful. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts, or use automated means to scrape or overload our Site. We may suspend or terminate your access and refuse future orders if you breach these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibebox Stickers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where they apply, our liability will be limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For existing orders, the terms in effect at the time of order apply.
